Gandalf Distribution is looking for an Operational Buyer for our office in Stockholm

We continue to grow and now need to strengthen our purchasing organization with a driven and structured Operational Buyer. In this role, you will be a key person in our daily flow and work closely with product managers, logistics, and our Nordic retailers.

Your responsibilities:

As an Operational Buyer, you will:

• Work with daily operational purchases and order placement
• Ensure correct inventory levels and follow up on deliveries
• Coordinate with suppliers globally
• Manage price updates, article data, and product information
• Support the organization in maintaining a high level of service towards our internal teams
• Participate in planning, forecasting, and various improvement initiatives

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a high level of drive and enjoys taking responsibility
• Is meticulous, structured, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Communicates well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Has good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite
• Preferably has post-secondary education in purchasing or equivalent
• Experience in operational purchasing or a similar role is an advantage
